From there, we construct a 3D model of your design, often utilizing computer-aided design (CAD). Some towns and townships in the areas we serve dictate homeowners have building permits for structures that need foundations. B&B Custom Pools partners with a civil engineer to establish if a foundation is necessary. Once you review and approve the design, we get started with construction.
